Get down with the acoustic “rootsy” folk and blues music of KB Whirly—Keith Wasserman, a one-man band sensation—and friends. Enjoy their hand clappin' and toe tapping' tunes with playful lyrics serving up good energy that’s irrepressible fun for the whole family. Dance it up to songs from the critically acclaimed albums Greetings Cloud 9, Camp Songs, and more.

KB Whirly is a 2014 Parents Choice Award winner and has performed at notable venues such as: The Eric Carle Museum, The Peabody Essex Museum, Wolftrap Center for Performing Arts, Austin City Limits, Green River Music Festival, The Kids Really Rock Festival, Madison Square Park, WERS Kid's Playground, WGBH Kid's series and countless more community venues.

General Admission Tickets

General Admission tickets are sold only at the Museum and valid for the day of visitation.

Program and Event Tickets

Order by phone at 212.423.3337 on Monday through Thursday, 10 am – 5 pm; and Friday, 10 am – 3 pm. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

If the program is sold out, there will be a message on the box office line.


Orders are available through our online ticket vendor, ACME Ticketing. If you have technical difficulties, please call 866-205-1322.

In Person

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Museum's admission desk during regular Museum hours, excluding Saturdays.

Ticket Policies

  • If your ticket was emailed to you, present the ticket on your mobile device or print-out of your ticket.
  • If you selected “will call,” tickets will be waiting for you at our front desk will call station.
  • Ticket purchase for events at the Museum includes admission to the galleries on the day of the program.
  • Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Please note that seating is limited; we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
  • Ticket holders are encouraged to arrive promptly, as seating is not guaranteed once a program has begun.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
